- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Live animals have a separate return policy (health guarantee within 48 hours)
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- A cancellation fee may apply for prepaid orders
- Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days
